Wildlife photographer Kairav Engineer, who has been capturing the allure of Ranthambore over the years, has released his first photo-book on the region.

The photo-book titled “Ranthambore” manifests a lucid account of Ranthambore’s vivid history and brings you up close with the park’s wilderness, through hundreds of enchanting images. It adorns several of Kairav’s most coveted moments spent spotting the big cats of the park. From images of landscapes with tigers in their habitat to portraits of these magnificent, elusive beings from within a few life-threatening feet away – the book has it all.

The photo-book has been published by Astral Foundation, a division of Astral limited that pioneers numerous efforts towards wildlife conservation in the utmost remote parts of the country. A portion of the book illuminates the multi-faceted work done by Astral Foundation in conserving India’s national parks and reserves. Images by Kairav, along with Astral’s CSR efforts, intend to bring further awareness toward conservation.

The photo-book has been designed, printed, and bound in India using FSC mix certified paper that was made from the responsible use of forest resources, as well as recycled paper.
