About the Tea:
The least processed and rarest of all teas, white tea is delicately hand plucked and is the most challenging to produce and procure. This delightful tea is carefully harvested in early spring when the leaves are unopened and covered in tiny white hairs. The meticulous drying and withering process makes for a naturally sweet and refined brew and is a truly exquisite subtle tea tasting experience.
Use fresh pure water for brewing. Use one teaspoon of Darjeeling White tea for 150 ml of water which has just come to a boil. Let it cool briefly before pouring over leaves. Steep for 4 to 5 minutes.
2 hours after meals.
