At CreCo, we provide shipping across India.
Because each Creator’s (Seller's) process is unique, time to ship may vary. We request you to check the time to dispatch on the product’s page before placing your order. Once the product is dispatched, it will typically take between 3 to 6 days to reach you. As soon as your package ships, we will email you the tracking information.
While placing an order, remember to check if the pincode for your location is serviceable.
A flat shipping fee may be charged for each item in your cart that is from a different seller.
For example: If your cart has 2 items, 1 from seller A and 1 from seller B, you will be charged Rs. 100 but if your cart has 2 items, both from seller A, you will only be charged Rs. 50
Do check for products that offer free shipping at the time of shopping.
Cash on Delivery available for order value upto Rs. 2000. For orders placed on cash-on-delivery (COD), there is NO OPEN Delivery. So, you CANNOT open the packing and inspect the item before you make payment to the courier. However, if there is any problem with the item after the delivery and payment, you can call us or mail us and the issue will be taken care of. Also, if the packing or box is damaged from outside, you can choose to not accept delivery and call us and send a picture of the same.
You must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of your mistake (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number), we may charge an extra cost towards re-delivery.
Shipment/delivery time of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with CreCo. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the Creator against each product.

Address change will be accepted only if the order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if the new location is within the same state. To process an address change request you may write to us at helpdesk+shipping@CreCo.in
In case you receive a package that looks damaged from the outside, we would request you to not accept the delivery and get in touch with us on helpdesk+shipping@CreCo.in with images of the unopened package and hand it back to the delivery executive.
We take great care in delivering your goods at your doorstep, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Due to Covid-19, there may be temporary delays as a result of the additional safety measures we are taking to protect our servicing teams. Any delays or changes to your order timing will be communicated via email. We request you to please bear with us in case delivery of orders at your location takes longer than usual.
CreCo shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of CreCo or its associates.
