Return, Refund & Exchange policy

CreCo advocates Conscious Consumerism and Slow Commerce. We want you to purchase from CreCo after you have considered it carefully. We work closely with our Creators (Sellers) to use ingredients and materials that are good for you and great for the environment. Most of the products that you see on CreCo are handcrafted with a whole lot of love. This leads to each product having its own unique character and may be slightly different from each other. We are confident that if you liked the product online, you will love it when you receive the product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order products. Please check for this in the product description when placing your order.

All of our products undergo a thorough Quality Check before they are dispatched and it is unlikely that you might be inconvenienced but if you are,


Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product or different colour/size has been shipped to you
  • Packages that are damaged in transit
  • Product varies significantly from the description
  • Genuine quality issues

No returns or refunds will be accepted in the following cases:

  • In case of minor design and colour variations. With handcrafted products there will always be some variation between products.
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address
  • After two failed delivery attempts by the courier
  • Package refused by recipient
  • Product intended to be returned is used or in a damaged condition when we receive it

In case you receive a package that looks damaged from the outside, we would request you to not accept the delivery and get in touch with us on helpdesk+shipping@CreCo.in with images of the unopened package and hand it back to the delivery executive.

When you open the package and the product is found to be damaged, you should email us at helpdesk+returns@CreCo.in with a photo of the damaged product with all its labels and tags within 24 hours of receiving your order. After 24 hours, the product will be assumed to be delivered in a fit and working condition.

For all other complaints, you should email us at helpdesk+returns@CreCo.in, within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. No returns/refunds/exchange requests will be entertained thereafter.


One size exchange is only allowed for Apparel and Footwear for Women and Men categories subject to availability. In the rare case that the product is not available, we will be happy to process it as a ‘Return’.

Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.

The CreCo Care team must receive and approve your return/exchange request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time. 


Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order and only in cases where the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept cancellation on made-to-order products. Please email us on helpdesk+cancellations@CreCo.in to process your request.

Refunds & Reverse Pickup:

Refunds will be credited back to one of the following:

  1. Store Credit
  2. Same payment mode that used to place the order

Refunds will be initiated only after we have received the product and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will only be in the format of Store Credit. 

Store Credit will reflect within 24 hours in your wallet but refund to the same payment mode that was used to place the order may take between 7-10 business days.

Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.

We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including all the labels and tags.

For return processing, please ensure that all the items for return are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Please mention the Air-Way Bill number of the original package on the package for effective return processing. 

Please note that some of the pin codes are not feasible for reverse pick up. In such cases you will need to send it back to us at your own cost.

In the case of exchange, your new order will be dispatched to you within the normal time to dispatch for that product after we have received the earlier shipment.

All returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to the discretion of CreCo. We aim to process all returns within 7 calendar days.. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the CreCo Care team at helpdesk+returns@CreCo.in.
