About the Tea:

Perfectly balanced whole Spearmint leaves and whole Super Fine Green Tea leaves with a cooling and refreshing minty sweetness. An ideal tea for reducing stress and improving mental alertness.

Steeping Instructions:

Use fresh pure water for brewing. Use one teaspoon of Spearmint tea for 150 ml of water which has just come to a boil. Let it cool briefly before pouring over leaves. Steep for 3 minutes.
