About the Tea:

Steeping Instructions:

Use fresh pure water for brewing. Use one teaspoon of Jasmine Green Tea with 150 ml of water which has just come to a boil. Let it cool briefly before pouring over leaves. Steep for 3 minutes.

Best Time:

30 minutes after breakfast and lunch. Avoid having this tea after dinner.
